Kitty:（混响） Hi, Mom. I made it to Seoul. I know you're probably watching me from wherever you are right now. I just wanted to say — I'm at KISS. I'm at your school. I'm walking the same hallways you walked. And I'm about to meet the boy you wrote letters about. I'll find him. And I'll find you too. Promise.

Kitty: (Seeing the KISS charm on Min Ho's backpack.)Oh, you go to KISS?

Min Ho: I don't speak English.

（Welcome Party: Reunion & Heartbreak）

Kitty: Dae! You're really here.

Dae: Kitty, I didn't think you would actually do it.

Yuri: Dae, aren't you going to introduce me? I'm Yuri. I'm his girlfriend. We've been together for a while Welcome Party: Reunion & Heartbreaknow.

Kitty: Wait — your… girlfriend? But I came all this way. I thought we were — I need to go. I can't do this right now.

Kitty: I didn't come all the way to Seoul to watch my boyfriend kiss another girl.

（Boys' dorm）

Q: So wait — you're telling me you're a girl? No, no, it's just... the housing office put you here on the boys' floor. They must have seen your last name and assumed you were a guy.

Kitty: I'm a girl. And yes, I know my name sounds like a first name in English, but it's my last name in Korean.

Min Ho: Portland Stalker, right?

Kitty: Excuse me? I came here for my boyfriend. That's not stalking, that's dedication.

Min Ho: Honestly,You kind of earned it. You flew five thousand miles without telling him, you showed up at his school, you threw yourself into his life. That's not dedication — that's obsession.

(The truth comes out · Dae confesses.)

Yuri: You really like him, don't you? Then I should tell you the truth. Dae and I aren't really together. It's fake.

Kitty: What? Why would you fake a relationship? That doesn't make any sense.

Yuri: My mom is the principal. She can't know about me and Juliana. So Dae pretends to be my boyfriend. And in exchange, I pay his tuition. It's a deal.

Kitty: Why are you telling me this? After everything — why now?

Yuri: Because I can see you're not going to stop until you know the truth. And honestly? I don't want to be the person who lies to you.

Kitty: Why didn’t you just tell me about Yuri?

Dae: Because I couldn’t. It wasn’t my secret to tell.

Kitty: But you let me think the worst of you. You let me believe you were cheating on me.

Dae: I know. And I am so sorry. I messed up. I should’ve found a better way. I just… I didn’t want to ruin everything for Yuri. She was so scared.

Kitty: And what about me? What about how scared I was? I came all the way to Korea for you. I left my home, my school, everything. And the second I got here, it felt like I lost you.

Dae: I know. I know, and I hate that I made you feel that way. I hate that I hurt you. More than anything.

Kitty: For weeks, I thought everything between us was a lie. All those pen pal letters, all those years… I thought it was all fake.

Dae: It wasn’t fake. None of it was fake.

Dae: The truth is, Yuri’s been in love with Juliana for years. Her parents have no idea. They’d disown her if they found out. I was just helping her hide it. The whole fake dating thing… it was all just a lie to protect her.

Kitty: Why didn’t you just explain that to me? I would’ve understood.

Dae: Because I was stupid! I was so worried about hurting Yuri that I ended up hurting the only person I never wanted to hurt. You.

Dae: I’m so sorry for everything that happened at the welcome party. I lied to you, and I made you suffer for so long.

Kitty: I just couldn’t understand why you pretended to be with Yuri. I thought you betrayed me.

Dae: It was never real. Never. Yuri and I were nothing. I was only helping her. From the very beginning… my heart was only ever yours.

Kitty: Really?

Dae: More than anything.

Dae: I missed you every single day when we were pen pals. I’d read your letters over and over again. I’d imagine what it’d be like when you finally came to Korea.

Dae: When I saw you walk into KISS… I was the happiest person in the whole world. All I ever wanted was you, Kitty. Only you.

Dae: I love you.

Kitty: I love you too, Dae. I was so scared I’d lost you forever.

Dae: I promise I’ll never let you doubt us again.

Kitty: Promise?

Dae: With everything I have.

（Awkward post-reunion life + awakening）

（After getting back together, Dae treasured the relationship he had almost lost, pouring his whole heart into it. But deep down, Kitty had already begun to shift in a way she didn't even recognize herself.）

（Dae was still gentle, considerate, and accommodating — yet every flutter, every thrill, every blush Kitty felt was no longer because of him.）

(Awkward classroom interaction)

Dae: You’ve been quiet lately. Everything okay?

Kitty: Yeah, just… school stuff.

Dae: I’m really glad we’re okay again. I don’t wanna lose you ever again.

Kitty:(Forcing a smile, eyes darting away.) Me too.

(Kitty flinched at Dae's touch, her eyes darting away whenever he drew near. The closeness she used to crave now left her rigid — and drowning in guilt.)

（Awkward cafeteria conversation.）

Dae: I saved you a seat. Your favorite strawberry milk.

Kitty: Thanks.

Dae: You don’t seem happy with me anymore. Did I do something wrong?

Kitty: No! No, you’re perfect. It’s not you. It’s… me.

Kitty：（混响）I came to Korea for Dae. I’ve loved him for years. So why do I feel empty? Why don’t I feel the spark anymore?

(After they got back together, every racing heart, every nervous glance, every shy moment — it all belonged to Yuri now. The hostility between them was gone. Kitty couldn't stop watching Yuri, aching for her, reading every hidden loneliness behind her smile.)

（Yuri is out alone clearing her head. Kitty approaches her.）

Kitty: You’re hiding again.

Yuri: I’m not hiding. I just prefer being alone sometimes.

Kitty: You don’t have to pretend with me. I know how hard this is for you. Living a lie all the time.

Yuri: Everyone thinks I’m this spoiled, perfect girl. No one sees the pressure. No one sees me.

Kitty: I see you.

(They hold each other’s gaze, inches apart. Tension hangs in the air. Kitty’s heart is racing out of control — and for the first time, she realizes: her feelings for Yuri are beyond friendship.)

Yuri: Why are you so kind to me now? After everything we’ve been through?

Kitty: Because you’re more than what everyone says you are. You’re kind, and scared, and human.

Yuri: Kitty…

Kitty: I don’t hate you. I never really did.

（Kitty’s awakening: She realizes she’s fallen for Yuri.）

（Kitty calls Dad.）

Kitty: Dad? I have something to tell you.

kitty father: What is it, kiddo?

Kitty: I think I’m… falling for someone. But it’s not who I thought it would be.

kitty father: Okay. Who is it?

Kitty: It’s… for my friend Yuri. Who’s a girl.

kitty father: Oh. Oh, thank God.

Kitty: Thank God?

kitty father: That you’re safe and healthy.

Kitty: I’m safe and I’m healthy but… I’m also really sad and confused. Before I came to Korea, I thought love was simple. I thought I loved Dae. I thought that was my story. But everything changed.

Kitty: I came here for Dae. But I fell for Yuri instead.

（Love triangle tension: Kitty, overwhelmed with guilt toward Dae, finally comes clean.）

Kitty: I need to tell you something. I realized... I have feelings for someone else.

Dae: (face changes) Who is it? Min Ho? It's him, isn't it?

Kitty: Dae, it's not him! Wait — it's not what you think!

(Kitty grabs Dae's arm)

Kitty: It's Yuri. I don't even know when it started... maybe that night at Min Ho's party? I just... I've never felt this way about a girl before, but I can't help it.

Dae: (steps back in disbelief) When you got back together with me — you already liked someone else then? Then why did you even come back?

Kitty: I wasn't sure then either! I thought it was just a passing thing... I don't know how to explain it. I did like you, Dae, I really did. But I like her too. I'm just... still figuring out who I am.

Dae: (long silence, voice low) I thought what we had was real. I thought you flew halfway across the world because of us.

(Dae walks away without looking back)

（Airport · Goodbye and Confession）

Kitty: (outside security, sees Dae running up) Dae? What are you...

Dae: I can't just let you go like this. No matter what happens — you'll always be the first girl I ever loved.

Kitty: And you'll always be the first boy I ever loved. You were the perfect first love. It's just... we're on different paths now.

(They share one last hug. Dae turns and walks away.)

（登机广播声）

Kitty: (finds her seat, surprised to see who's sitting next to her) Min Ho? Aren't you supposed to be in first class?

Min Ho: Switched to economy. Thought you might need a friend for the flight.

Kitty: Dae and I... it's really over this time. We ended things peacefully.

Min Ho: (pauses) Well... since you're single now — there's something I want to tell you.

Kitty: What is it？

Min Ho: (looks at her seriously) I think I might have... fallen for you. A little bit. Or a lot.

Kitty: What did you say?

Min Ho: I know this is sudden. But this whole semester, from the moment you showed up at the dorm — from Friendsgiving — I just... couldn't help it. You don't have to say anything. I just wanted you to know.

(Kitty freezes, speechless. The flight announcement comes on. The cabin door closes.)
